A lifelong resident of Upstate New York, Spaulding drops his SU knowledge every Sunday on Talkin’ Smack. He knows Cuse Sports the way Jim Boeheim knows the 2-3 zone.   If you want some Orange in your Sunday afternoon diet, Spaulding’s your man.

Host, John Nolan
Nolan comes to CNY from Central New Jersey, where he grew up a hopeless fan of the Mets, Jets, and Nets. Now he’s focused on all things SU athletics. But forgive him if the suffering he’s experienced in the past rooting for losing teams makes him hesitant to always drink the orange-flavored kool-aid.

Producer, Jarrad Saffren
A lifelong Philadelphian, where he grew up an avid fan of all the local teams (except Villanova), Saffren is well-versed in the subtle nuances of a passionate (and in many cases violent) sporting debate.  A self-proclaimed cheesesteak-savant, Saffren now brings his extensive sporting and cultural background to the only all-Syracuse talk program on the Central, NY airwaves: Talkin’ Smack.  In his first year at Z89, Saffren previously worked at Philadelphia’s 610 WIP Sportsradio, one of the nation’s original sports talk stations.
