begins a half-hour before kickoff/tipoff/first draw with Game Night for Friday Night Football and Orange Women’s Warmup for SU women’s basketball and lacrosse.
Friday Night Football consists of our “Game of the Week” broadcast, plus in-game coverage from reporters stationed at games throughout Central New York.

Our Friday Night Football Coverage

is the most comprehensive coverage of high school football in Central New York. Z89′s Friday Night Football consists of our “Game of the Week” live broadcast in addition to our “Bonus Coverage” live broadcast of a second game. We also have reporters stationed at games throughout CNY, providing you updates throughout our broadcasts as part of the “Friday Night Football Whiparound.”

Game Night starts off our coverage a half an hour before the “Game of the Week” kicks off. It includes interviews with the head coaches from both teams featured in our “Game of the Week,” previews of games throughout Central New York, and the “Friday Night Rewind” to recap everything Section 3 from Z89′s coverage the prior week.

Our SU women’s basketball and women’s lacrosse broadcasts

contain high-quality content played throughout Orange Women’s Warmup, Z89 at the Half, and Orange Women’s Wrapup. Segments include:
