On the night long-time Syracuse Assistant Bernie Fine was fired, Mike Waters of the Syracuse Post-Standard joined Call It A Wrap to give insight into the investigation and Fine’s dismissal.

After ten intense weeks of dancing competition, veteran and actor J.R. Martinez has been crowned the winner of Season 13 of ABC’s Dancing With The Stars!  For Martinez’s professional partner, Karina Smirnoff, this is her first Mirrorball trophy!

Martinez made it to the final three, going head-to-head against Ricki Lake and Derek Hough (3-time winner) and Rob Kardashian and Cheryl Burke (2-time winner).  After Tuesday’s first dance, the scores stood Ricki-84, Rob-83 and JR-82 from judge’s votes, but when fan votes were added, Ricki was eliminated, leaving Kardashian and Martinez to duke it out in the instant samba!

Both couples earned perfect 30′s for their Samba’s, keeping Rob one point ahead of J.R. Martinez, who proved to be the FAN FAVORITE (as he was all season long), beating out Rob to win the coveted Mirrorball.

Katy Perry looks great in this adorable Japanese inspired look, however we’re not so sure the pink hair is something we’re ever going to get used to. The pops of blue are looking great and her performance halfway through the show was a definite winner, however the outfit change was not our favorite of the night.

The hair was a little much and the pink guitar added to the ensemble made her look like she was hit by a pink bomb. Luckily the performance of her brand new single, “The One That Got Away” was beautiful. It is rare for us to see Katy Perry doing a performance without a whole scene with a team of backup dancers by her side. We really enjoyed hearing just her for a change.

We’ve seen this Modern Family star rock the red carpet in dazzling gowns, but tonight at the AMA’s her ensemble did not win us over. She looks pretty as always, but this sparkly dress looks almost like a sweater dress. She definitely didn’t go glam like our gal Taylor Swift. The messy up-do and outfit might have been better suited for a holiday party?
